STANDARD JUDGING COMPETITIONS

STANDARD JUDGING COMPETITIONS individual kit:  Two sets of Correct and Complete Uniform as per APRO – II/III, Toilet requisites, Personal dress, Warm Clothing (Sweater/Jacket, Monkey cap, Muffler) Knotting Rope, Twine/Thread, Knife, Personal First Aid Kit, Plate, Tumbler, Spoon, Torch, Chart Paper, Writing Materials, Warm Bedding, Traditional Costumes for Cultural Programmes, required materials for Exhibition etc.
PATROL KIT: Patrol utensils such as Water Heater, Blanket, Bucket, Kettle, Mug, Plate, Spoon, Carpet, Gadget & Pioneering materials, Chart paper, Costumes for Cultural Programme, Colour Party dress & Flags, Patrol Flag and other materials related to all the competitions.
GRADES: The Patrol will be awarded “A” and “B” Standard if minimum 70% and 60% marks are secured respectively. Standard Certificates if achieved will be given on the last day of the Camp. 
The following are the subjects for competition: 1.Camp Craft 2.First Aid 3.Patrol Pioneering 4.Mapping 5.Campfire 6.Backwoodsman Cooking 7.Flag Ceremony 8.Fire Rescue 9.B.P.Exercise/Yoga 10.Colour Party.
1.Camp Craft: (8) Gadgets, Pits, Uniform, Cleanliness in tent and surroundings, Layout, Display of utensils and other materials.
2.First Aid: (6) Ambulance man Theory and Practical.
3.Patrol Pioneering: (8) Spot
4.Mapping: (6) Compass, Finding the bearings, Scale, Conventional Signs, Grid Reference; Finding North; Map Reading & Map Making.
5.Campfire: (8) 5 m Team work, Educational Values, Costumes, Presentation.
6.Flag Ceremony: (8)
7.Back- woods Man Cooking: (4) Lunch 2 persons 1 hour.
8.Fire Rescue: (8)
9.BP Six/Yoga 8
10.Colour Party: (5)
