Guidelines for Rashtrapati Award Testing Camp
How to fill up Registration Forms of Rashtrapati Scout and Guide Award:
Name of the State will be the State as affiliated to BSG.
Railway States, KVS, NVS may fill accordingly.
Column No. 1, 2 and 3: - Name of the Scout / Guide,
Father’s Name and Mother’s Name should be as per
official records. The Certificates will be prepared
accordingly.
Column No. 4: - Date of Birth should be filled in figure in the format DD/MM/YYYY as
per supporting documents.
Column No. 5: - Home Address of the Candidates preferably permanent Address may
be provided. Mobile No. and E-mail will be desirable.
Column No. 6 & 7: - Name of the Unit according to the Charter issued by the State and
the postal Address by which communication can be done with the Unit Leaders.
Column No. 8: - Completion date of Pravesh Test will be the date before the date of
investiture or can be same as date of Investiture.
Column No. 9: - Date of Investiture will be the date on which the candidate was
invested as Scout/Guide.
Column No. 10(a): - Date of Pratham Sopan, should be the date after completion of at
least 06 months from the date of completion of Pravesh.
Column No. 10(b): - Date of Dwitiya Sopan, should be the date after completion of at
least 06 months from the date of completion of Pratham Sopan.
Column No. 10(c): - Date of Tritiya Sopan, should be the date after completion of at
least 06 months from the date of completion of Dwitiya Sopan.
Column No. 10(d): - Date of completion of Rajya Puraskar should be the last Date of
State Level Testing Camp but not before completion of 09 months from the date of
completion of Tritiya Sopan.
Column No. 11: - Details of State Level Testing Camps.
