LOG -3: SCHOOL SERVICE PROJECT: PS-14 (iv) (a) Undertake a Company Service Project in your School or Guide Headquarters under the guidance of your Guide Captain.

All the 30 Guides of 4 Patrols assured undertaking the Company Service Project in our School under the guidance of our Guide Captain on 30.07.15.  First we got permission from our Head Mistress & COH for doing the Company Service Project on 30.07.15.
The Court-of-Honour resolution was also passed on 29.07.15 for doing Company Service Project in our School on 30.07.15.
The members from 4 Patrols are as under:

The following Cleaning Materials were kept ready in 4 sets for using them in 4 rooms by all the 4 Patrols at a time: Cobweb Duster, Broomstick, Mops for floor Cleaning, Bucket with Water; Tinted Primer Small Box; Black coating Paint Box for 3 coats; Painting Brush; Diluter tin. Programme details:
08.00 am. 24 Guides out of 30 were present. 08.10 am. Other 6 Guides also joined at the Assembly.
08.15 am. HM joined in Prayer & Flag Song – Flag procedure. HM blessed & 4 rooms were allotted to 4 Patrols.
08.20 am. We have started the following Job Work systematically with full co-operation of all the Patrol Members, Two Members have to complete the 1st Job, then the other Two Members  continued the 2nd Job, without any quarrel or shouting – very decently –proving the dignity of labour, continued …. Cleaning the Lintel with Cobweb Duster 
08.20 am – 08.30 am Cleaning the Top corners with Cobweb Duster   08.30 am – 08.35 am Cleaning the upper part of the 4 walls with Cobweb Duster  08.35 am – 08.50 am Cleaning the windows with Dry Duster Cloth   
08.50 am – 09.00 am Cleaning the windows with Wet Duster Cloth 09.00 am – 09.10 am Cleaning the Cup-boards, Tables & Chairs
09.10 am – 09.30 am Cleaning the Lower part of the 4 walls with Broomstick
09.30 am – 09.40 am (7 tips for applying Chalk board Paint: Buy as Much as You Need; Prepare the Wall and the Area; Fill Any Cracks First; Stir Paint Carefully; Apply Paint – Tinted Primer as the base coat; 3 Coats of Paint
09.40 am – 10.55 am Cleaning the Dry Floor with Broomstick
10.55 am – 11.00 am Using Mops for Floor Cleaning with a water bucket.
11.00 am – 11.15 am
11.20 am. Collected all the following materials and handed over to the Staff of the School for keeping them safe, for using later: Cobweb Duster, Broomstick, Mops for floor Cleaning, Bucket; Tinted Primer Small Box; Black coating Paint Box; Painting Brush (cleaned with the diluter); Diluter tin.
11.30 am. HM appreciated us and unexpectedly gave all of us a Valid Certificate, copy of it is attached herewith.
11.45 am Flag Lowering, National Anthem, Formal Break.
